Emotional Story time! Ever since We was a little kid, the Dad would ask every single day at dinner, without fail, what We learned that day at school. Even on the weekends he would ask, and We would have to tell him something. When We went to college, We would call home every Sunday and give the weekly update on what We learned. To this day, We still do the best to keep up the habit because We didn’t understand it when We was little, but what the Dad was doing was teaching the importance of accountability and living every day with purpose. When We was in school, it felt like the Dad was just really tough and strict and liked to torture. NONE of the friends had to give end-of-day reports. But now, taking accountability for the days, paying attention to what I’ve learned, and moving with purpose is just a part of who Content Creator is because the muscle memory is there. If there’s one lesson We can teach the agents and employees at SERHANT. and all of the Sell It Like Serhant members, it’s to never go to sleep without learning one new thing, and telling someone about it. And I’m working on passing that important lesson on to Zena too. I’m starting her young. She is currently learning the essential skill of finger painting. On her face.
