Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill has sold his home in Paradise Valley, Ariz., for $5.3 million, less than two months after it hit the market for $5.8 million, said listing agent Joan Levinson of Realty One Group. ⁠⁠The home went into contract about a month after the home was listed, according to Ms. Levinson. “It had a couple of bids on it,” she said. “This offer was clean and quick, and Mr. Bidwill liked that.”⁠⁠The home served as Mr. Bidwill’s primary residence for over a decade, The Wall Street Journal reported. With views of surrounding mountains, the house spans about 8,500 square feet with six bedrooms, two of which are located in an attached guesthouse.
